Happy Daddy's Day

Happy Father's Day to a wonderful husband and father. We don't know what we would do without this amazing man to take care of us! This is his 1st Father's Day with Hudson, and I have enjoyed watching him turn into an awesome father this past year!!
We love you daddy!!

NIne Months

I can't believe my baby is 9 months old. It has gone by so fast. I'm also so excited that after a long week of making up snow days...as of Wednesday summer has begun!! :) I can not wait to have unlimited play time with my little man! I also will be able to catch up on some MUCH NEEDED blogging. I've started today, so if you keep reading you'll be able to see what Hudson was up to in the month of May.
9 Month Stats:
22 lbs - 29 inches
Dr. says he's doing well and is very healthy. We need to start introducing more meats, nuts, eggs.....for those of you that know me...the chocking thing makes me very nervous, so these will things interesting for me to try. We did do eggs for breakfast this morning and he loved them! I know I'm just being paranoid...he has seven teeth already, so he shouldn't have much trouble eating more table food. Dr. said that he's a big boy but it's working well with his height so that's good!
He's doing all the things on his 9 month check list that he's suppose to be doing except sleeping well! A friend of mine got me a sign when she found out I was pregnant that's still in Hud's room. It says: Babies are natures way of letting you know what life is like at 2:00 in the morning. I never knew how true that would be for me until I had my little sweetheart! We still are lacking to sleep through the night. So...it's been a tiring 9 months. But, I would constantly tell myself that if this is the only thing I have to go through because my baby is so happy and healthy then sleep is no big deal!!
There is some hope in the near future though...after many months of ear infections Hudson will be getting tubes this coming Tuesday. As nervous as it makes me for my little guy to go through this....I hope that he is able to rest better and his ears don't bother him anymore!
I've posted tons of pics of the little man, so check out the posts below! :)

Loaded Memorial Weekend!

Little Miss Drew got into town right before the busy weekend started....I was so excited to see her! :)

On Saturday we had Whitley Westmoreland's 1st birthday party. The little birthday girl looked adorable! :) Hudson had so much fun with all the kiddos his age!

Oh how my daddy wishes I were a country boy, like he was when he was little! But that's a little hard to do where I live! This is my first experience with real cows.

I thought they were silly cows!

Then off to my daddy's FAVORITE place to go.....the creek on the farm. Hudson thought it was pretty cool too! :)

I love playing with my daddy's hat.....I think it's so funny!

My First Baseball Game

Our first Natuals baseball game. Hudson was so excited to see that so many dogs could join us.....it was Bark at the Park, so it had plenty of furry things to look at!

Don't we make quite the pair!!
