A couple of weeks ago we
found out we were going to be an aunt and uncle and Hudson found out he would soon have a cousin that will be almost exactly a year younger than him. My brother and sister-n-law's baby is due Sept. 9
th, as of right now......Hudson was born on Sept. 5
th! This is a picture of the

This is what Hudson has been doing lately:
He is loving his feet. He plays with them ALL the time. He has also started laughing on a regular basis, and we just can't get enough of it! It's the best thing in the world!
Since we haven't started our Disney collection yet.....Hudson and dad like to watch cartoons on the computer. Kyle pulls up old cartoons that we use to watch on u-tube, like The
Chipmunks and Care Bears.
And the hair has started to pop up! Hudson has finally started to get some hair. He has basically been
bald til now. He has a double crown, which means two swirls on the back of his head instead of one. I was warned that this would make for some Alfalfa hair! My best friend, Shea (who does hair) was one of the first to point it out, and we were even warned from our
pediatrician!!
This past weekend we went to our first birthday party. Miss Laundry (Kylie
Garman-Whitehead's little girl) turned one! This is a pic of the birthday girl dancing with her Aunt Jessie.
This is Hudson telling Garrett (Leslie Garrett-
Maddick's little boy) "What's Up!" Hudson is using his hands more and more everyday.....it just amazes me what he can grab on to now.
Garrett thought it was
hilarious! Hudson and Garrett had to bond together since they were the only two
lil' boys at the party....they'll enjoy being the only boys at the party
a lot more when they're older!! :)
We were so excited this week because Shea and lil' Drew came back in town from MN. Hudson couldn't wait to see his girlfriend!

Momma just loves these big blue eyes! I'm looking more and more like daddy everyday.
He laughs so much and we love it! We are constantly making goofy faces like this one! :)
This is my new bathtub. I love it......it even quacks!
New accomplishments: Rolling over the hard way (from back to stomach), pulling my legs up under me.....ready to crawl, and sitting up for a few minutes. Strong lil' man!
My teeth are really popping out now! Thank goodness I don't have any scares from them to date! :)
